Beloved Brown Pots - Online Auction February 1 - 14

Northern Clay Center is currently selling pottery from the estate of Shirley Johnson, a long-time NCC studio artist, teacher, and avid gardener.  Throughout her lifetime, Shirley collected pots from local artists such as Wayne Branum, Randy Johnston, Linda Christianson, Jeff Oestreich, and many others. 100% of the proceeds from the sale of Shirley Johnson's estate pottery will support NCC’s Anonymous Potter Studio Fellowship, intended to support an emerging potter through the provision of a private studio space for a 12-month period.  Most of the pots are available in-store, for which there is a limit of three pots per household.  A special selection of pots from the estate are available for online auction only, starting February 1 and closing on February 14.
