Want to explore the suppressed artist inside and continue to learn? Start with one of the most accessible media—clay. Learn basic throwing techniques and meet like-minded individuals in this relaxed, week-long beginner wheel class for baby boomers. Learn all the techniques taught in Beginner Wheel in this concentrated session, while working at your own stress-free pace in an air-conditioned studio. Participants should wear old clothes and bring a one-gallon bucket, and an old towel; NCC provides the tools! Low-temperature clays and glazes will be used. Designed for students with little or no clay experience, who want to learn and enjoy at the same time. Class size is limited to 8 students.
