Silent Auction RulesSeveral of the pots in this exhibition are available through a sealed high-bid silent auction. The auction will be open for the duration of the exhibition, to 4:00 pm, CDT, April 27, 2008. The minimum bid in the silent auction is the listed price for the object. The maximum bid from each bidder is the amount that bidder is willing to pay.
Interested bidders may fill out a bid form at Northern Clay Center, or submit a confidential bid via e-mail to either Jennifer Tatsuda, business manager, or Jamie Lang, exhibitions director, at the following addresses:

All bids must contain the following information:
•Inventory number and artist name
•Name of object
•Bidder Name
•Amount of Bid
•Telephone number where bidder can be reached during regular business hours on Monday, April 28, 2008.
All e-mail bids will receive a confirmation of receipt of the bid.
All bids will be deposited in a locked box for the duration of the exhibition. NCC will open the bids and identify the highest bidders for each object on Monday, April 28, 2008. Winning bidders will be called on April 28 at the telephone number provided with the bid. Calls must be returned and object(s) paid for with a credit card (VISA, MC, Discover) before the close of business that day (6:00 pm, CDT). If that transaction cannot take place, the object will be offered to the next highest bidder, and so on.
Individuals may bid as often and on as many objects as they wish.
