Ron Geibel, originally from the Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, area now resides in White Plains, NY, where he works as an adjunct professor of ceramics at Hofstra University. He received his BFA from Edinboro University of Pennsylvania, and his MFA from the University of Montana, Missoula. He has exhibited across the United States, most recently with the solo exhibition picture-perfect at the KOA Art Gallery as part of the Spectrum Art Series, University of Pittsburgh–Bradford. Geibel creates “objects that reference the private parts of people’s lives…confront[ing] matters concerning sexuality, gender, and identity.”
